Using this website

Information and illustrative work

The site introduces our capabilities and engineering perspectives. Content is provided for general information and may be updated. Engineering notes are discussion guides rather than project-specific advice or reports of experimental findings. Concept studies are clearly labelled illustrations of possible approaches; they are not representations of completed client engagements.

Generated engineering artwork is conceptual. It does not depict a verified company facility or a validated technical design. We do not promise that a particular approach will be suitable for your circumstances without understanding the relevant requirements.

Project enquiries and services

Preparing a project email does not send it. Sending an enquiry does not by itself create a service agreement, reserve capacity, or establish a delivery commitment. Scope, pricing, schedules, ownership, confidentiality, support, and other engagement terms must be agreed separately in writing. Where a signed agreement applies, that agreement governs the work it covers.

Content and brand resources

The Vadersoft name, original mark, and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may link to the website and refer to Vadersoft accurately. Downloadable brand resources may be used to identify Vadersoft in an accurate reference, subject to the guidance on the brand page. They must not be used to imply an unapproved partnership, endorsement, or affiliation.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Contact us before reproducing substantial site content or using the identity in a way not covered by the published guidance.

Responsible access

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the website’s operation, distribute malicious code through it, or use it to misrepresent another person or organisation. Public indexing and reading must respect applicable law and the site’s published access guidance.
